All items must be removed by the winning bidder within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If necessary to make other arrangements, you must contact Seller PRIOR to the arrival of someone other than yourself to pick up your purchase. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. PICKUP AND REMOVAL TIMES ARE FROM 8:00 AM TO 2:30 PM. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. BUYER MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO PICKING ITEMS UP. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
