If this item indicates sales tax is to be paid, and you are claiming Tax Exempt Status, contact the Seller prior to placing a bid to verify your documentation is acceptable to Seller.

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller BEFORE YOU PAY online through GovDeals. Once the Seller confirms you are tax exempt, they can remove the sales tax from Bill of Sale, create a new invoice in your account, and then you can make payment online through your GovDeals bidder account.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website.

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, Wire Transfer must be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site.

If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
