2014 Kaufman 5th Wheel Trailer Model R25TON. Trailer was bought to ship a machinery component on site in Valdosta, GA and used as a platform for the component to operate at a water treatment plant until the plant was ready. I am thinking trailer has traveled less than 500 miles but not guaranteed. The trailer is approximate 38'4" x 8'4". It has a top platform, step down, main platform, and dove tail. Also fold down ramps. Air lines (hoses) seem to be intact and okay but not guaranteed. Please see pictures and hand drawing. Drawing not to scale but measurements provided. The trailer has not been used other than the work platform. Tires are good and basically new condition other than age. The brakes might be locked due to non use for a year or so. Trailer has just been sitting so you may have to unlock them. Bring tools in case. Tires are holding air with good tread. No assistance will be provided hooking or working on brakes. The condition of trailer is good although the flooring has some cracks from age and exposure. Seller has clean title and certificate of origin. Various other paperwork will be included. The trailer originally cost $45,000. Bought as is where is. Inspection is recommended. Scratches and dings with some paint may be peeling. Might have some general surface rust from exposure. Could possible be more rust under but has been sitting where it is for most of the time. We did not look underneath other than provided pictures. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line to Gov Deals; no payments accepted on site. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
