Tymco sweeper, rear engine motor John Deere Model 4045HF2808 ESN SE40452000781, 600 BAH, and serial 102Y04040809132004. Automatic transmission 2 wheel drive and operable. Tire condition is good. Suction fan belt broke while testing to put up on auction. Cracked windshield. AC condition unknown. Power steering, stock AM/FM/CD radio, cruise, and tilt. Machine is operational and hydraulics operational. We are replacing the unit due to age. Misc. paint, dents, and scratches. Impressions remain from removal of some stickers. May have some holes where emergency equipment removed. Frame might have rust. Body has dings, dents, scratches, and paint issues from use and age. Inspections is always recommended. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line to Gov Deals; no payments accepted on site. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
