2009 Southwest trailers, Model: SW07X12T, dual axle, enclosed trailer. In poor condition. The unit is used and may have other damage, defects, or problems that are not immediately detectable. What you see in the pictures is all that we have for the unit. Miami-Dade County strongly recommended physical inspection of the items.The VIN plate on this unit is missing or not legible. Miami-Dade County will not be responsible for replacing the VIN plate.

ALL property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. All vehicles are sold with clean titles, UNLESS on the "Description" it is noted as being sold with a Certificate of Destruction or other category. Please review the attached pictures and/or video to assess the physical condition of the vehicle or item. Nevertheless, it is strongly advised that all bidders physically inspect the vehicle/item prior to making a bid, since all vehicles/items are used and may have damage or defects NOT visible or immediately detectable. Customers are NOT allowed to test-drive nor turn-on any vehicle/item during physical inspection. Most vehicles/items are towed to the viewing facility; thus, Miami-Dade County staff does not conduct any test-drive on any vehicle/item. PAYMENT AND REMOVAL HAVE THE SAME CONCURRENT 5-BUSINESS-DAY DEADLINE. $100 DAILY STORAGE FEE APPLIES STARTING ON THE 6TH BUSINESS DAY. If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID and the prepaid mailing label with tracking to: ISD-CAPINV@miamidade.gov. The finalized Bill of Sale will be e-mailed to you with our signature and will need to be shown at the pickup location. Once you send this email please call ISD's Capital Inventory group @ 305-594-5768 to confirm the email arrived.
