One 2008 Lodal Evo T-28-U285 garbage truck. It has 8,939 hours. Serviced every 45 days. Cummings ISC-07- 285 HP diesel 8.3L inline 6 cylinder engine, ESN 46885536 that starts and runs/driveable. Excessive oil consumption, smokes heavy, and stop engine and check oil on. Transmission is Allison RDS 3500, transfer case T-2111-104, front axle MX23160 RBNL-36 with 6.14 ratio that are all operable. Tire condition is good. Two wheel drive. AC condition unknown. Power and tilt steering. Cab is dented on right hand side and missing 2 window glasses. Includes 2 Diamond back cart tippers that are functional. Work body may have holes, holes on from fender. Machine is operational and hydraulics operational. Was being used when replaced not too long ago. We are replacing the unit due to age. Misc. paint, dents, and scratches. Impressions remain from removal of some stickers. May have some holes where emergency equipment removed. Frame might have rust. Body has dings, dents, scratches, and paint issues from use and age. Q: how can you charge sales tax on something that needs to be tagged which you will be charged again for tax thats double dipping on tax (1/7/22 8:15 PM) A: No double dipping. That is standard boiler plate on sales. Gov Deals handles sales tax for us. They would not charge it. We do not charge sales tax on vehicles. I will add a phrase to each. (1/10/22 9:53 AM) |

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line to Gov Deals; no payments accepted on site. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
