One (1) Garland Convection Oven - For Parts Only removed from a large public school district cafeteria.
In visually fair to poor condition.
Current operation and functionality are unknown. Wear and tear from usage. Parts could be missing. Suggest physical inspection before bidding for specifics.
Buyer will make all arrangements & perform all work necessary including packing, loading & transportation regardless of size & weight. No assistance will be provided, so please consider before bidding.
Failure to remove items within (10) days or making other arrangements with CCSD staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to CCSD for resale or disposal without refund.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days, or in a time frame specified in sale listing, from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
