The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) is selling a Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station
that is in operational condition.
MWAA purchased the station in 2006 to fuel our fleet of CNG buses, trucks, and equipment. It
was taken out of service in June 2016. The buyer will receive all of the contents within the fenced in lot, and two
CNG filling pumps. This auction includes:

2 - Tulsa Gas Technologies, Inc. TGT-T7203-6CNG50 dispensers (3600 PSI)

Llewellyn-ByKota Corp mfg. 1990, serial number 00125
CP Industries - 3 11' 6" Vessel "I" Beam Assembly, 96 CU. ft - 5500 P.S.I (3 holding tanks)
CP Industries - 3 23' Vessel "I" Beam Assembly, 102.45 CU. ft. - 5500 P.S.I.
The gas has been removed from the tanks. Please see the pictures and diagram for more information.
An inspection for the CNG fueling station is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. by scheduled appointment only. Please contact Candece Dubard at email@example.com to schedule viewing arrangements. We encourage bidders to view the station prior to placing a bid
MWAA will provide assistance in the form of loading the equipment on to the buyer's trailer. We will perform all required unhooking, disconnecting and dismantling of equipment. The bulk of the items are on metal pallets that have been bolted to the ground. The weight for each component is unknown.

Seller added the following information on 9/1/2016 2:54 PM:
1. The two compressors were purchased and installed within the last two years.
2. MWAA will disconnect the lines, unbolt the skids from the concrete pad, the large manifold will be separated from the small manifold, and loaded on to the buyer's trailer.
3. We will not disassemble or dismantle the equipment.
Seller added the following information on 9/1/2016 2:55 PM:
Compressor Skid: 6'8" x 10'4"
Filter/Pump Skid: 14'11" x 4'3"x 10'3"h (It is recommended that you bring a low-boy trailer to remove this skid)
Dispensers: 50"w x 25"d x 7'6"h

If sending a 3rd party, the 3rd party must have buyer certificate, copy of buyer’s driver license, signed note authorizing the 3rd party to pick up items. Seller does not ship. Property not picked up within two weeks after the completion of the auction will be declared abandoned and resold. We encourage you to pay immediately and contact seller within 48 hours of auction close.
