The dry erase board is electronic, however the electronics do not work, this is just a standard dry erase board on wheels, no other function.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. No vehicles will be removed within the first twenty-four(24) hours of the winning bid.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Thursday, excluding City holidays.
