The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
Winning bidder must print, sign and submit the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature,” then scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to the address on your bill of sale.
Customer will contact name and phone number on buyer’s certificate to make an appointment to collect all items.
Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release, document found on this link. The signed copy along with a singed bill of sale must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

An on-road heavy-duty diesel or alternative-diesel vehicle operated in California may be subject to the California Air Resources Board Regulation to Reduce Particulate Matter and Criteria Pollutant Emissions from In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles. It, therefore, could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants. All Passenger Vehicles:
This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.
TITLE 13 CALIFORNIA CODE DISCLOSURE OF REGULATION APPLICABILITY: WHEN OPERATED IN CALIFORNIA ANY OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD IN-USE OFF-ROAD DIESEL VEHICLE REGULATION.
