Property shall be removed between the hours of 9:30am thru 4:00pm (unless other arrangements are made). Appointments for removal can be made by emailing purchasing@ocnj.us or contacting Jessica at 609.525.9358. WE DO NOT SHIP. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time & date of auction close. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be imposed after the 10 day period. THE BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS & PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING, SECURING AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY.

The winning bidder will be given a Bill of Sale and Motor Vehicle Title. Please check with your local government to determine requirements for registering the vehicle.
