Rotary 12k Two Post Lift Model # SP012N7W6. The lift was taken out of service this year. It has a bent bracket that holds the lower pulley of the lower portion of post. This caused the arms to be different heights between the sides. The lift is down and on pallets. I couldn't get a clear picture of bent bracket. The lift worked when it was removed from service.

Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact David Whitaker or Lauren Childers to schedule a pick up time. No employees of the Town of Mooresville will be available to assist with loading or removal of equipment. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
