This lot is for 6 wooden church pews that are in good/fair condition only. Measurements are approximately 143" long x 35" tall x 25" wide. Pews are used and seem to be solid. **If inspection is needed please contact me and we will schedule a date and time to do so as this is at a secure offsite location and will require extra time to coordinate.** Equipment is SOLD AS IS. It is the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate all shipping and or transportation of item. Winning bidder is still responsible for loading pews. **Please call or e-mail for pick- up appointment date**. Auction only includes the item as described and any other furniture/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of this auction. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. Please see pictures for further description. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property. Under no circumstances will the City of Wilson assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Items may be removed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. **FOR VEHICLES: the titles are located at City of Wilson Finance Dept. 208 Nash St NE, Wilson, NC 27893.
Arrangements for Title will need to be made before vehicle pick-up. We require titles to be picked-up by buyer or designated representative of buyer. We will not give the option of mailing the title anymore. PLEASE CALL: Jennifer Obrien in the Finance Department at 252-399-2146 for coordinating title pick-up. Title must leave with vehicle, unless prior arrangements have been made with Finance. Please call before coming so paperwork can be prepared.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Submission of a bid for equipment that will be titled constitutes agreement on the bidder’s part to return the equipment, upon request, to the City of Wilson for remedy of unforeseen circumstances relative to the title.
