Gas/Electric, Hybrid. no engine repairs needed. Transmission automatic needs to be replaced. Exterior white, no cracked glass. scratches, tires good 8/32 no major damage to body. no decals. Interior grey cloth, no seat damage, no floor or dash damage. Options: Radio stock AM/FM CD, A/C condition unknown. Dual air bags, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, climate control. power steering, windows, door locks anAll auction items will be sold as is. The new owner will be responsible for all cost that might occur for the loading and moving of any Vehicle, Equipment or Surplus. Please be aware that if you buy a vehicle, (The title will be assigned to the name and address on the Buyers Certificate, Once the title has been assigned, the new owner, will be responsible for having any Changes or correction with NC DMV). REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You must call Benny Cecil to make an appointment to remove your purchase(s). You may reach him at 919-270-4542. PLEASE BE SURE OF THE REMOVAL ADDRESS WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH MR. CECIL. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. All auction items will be sold as is. The new owner will be responsible for all cost that might occur for the loading and moving of any Vehicle, Equipment or Surplus awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles: Please allow 3 business days for Orange County to complete title work before picking up any vehicle. Or the vehicle can be picked up, and the title will be mailed within 5 business days. Please be aware that if you buy a vehicle, (The title will be assigned to the name and address on the Buyers Certificate, Once the title has been assigned, the new owner, will be responsible for having any Changes or Correction with NC DMV).
