 Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation off the property. Once paid, we will put your items on our loading dock for pick up. From there, the items are sold as is, where is, and no assistance will be provided without a fee. If you do choose to use our services to package, prepare, load, unload, or assist you in any way labor is $40 per hour and forklift labor is $60 per hour. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. We do not ship except in select special cases, usually with small items only. Please contact us if shipping is your only option for removal so we can let you know if we are able to ship your item, and to provide you with cost information. We cannot guarantee we will be able to ship your item.
