For auction is a lot of 4 Microwave-Mini Fridge combos. Assets are all used but in fair condition. Assets were in working condition when pulled from service. Current condition is unknown. Assets are all the same set up with minor differences in brand of either the microwaves or fridges. One microwave is detached from the mini fridge unit. Assets come as seen in the photos. All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. All items picked up in or shipped to Ohio are subject to 7.5% sales tax unless tax exempt documents are provided. Tax exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Items shipped outside of Ohio are not subject to Ohio sales tax; however, they may be subject to your state’s use tax.  Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
