Property shall be removed between the hours of 9:30am thru 2:00pm (unless other arrangements are made). Appointments for removal can be made by emailing purchasing@ocnj.us or contacting Jessica at 609.525.9358. WE DO NOT SHIP. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time & date of auction close. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be imposed after the 10 day period. THE BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS & PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING, SECURING AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY.

This vehicle was impounded by the Ocean City Police Department for unknown reasons. The winning bidder will be given a bill of sale and New Jersey Certificate of Title (not title to vehicle), and advertisement in the local paper (Ocean City Sentinel). Please check with your local government to determine requirements for obtaining a title. Not all states allow impounded or abandoned/forfeited vehicles to be registered from an out of state entity. Please contact the Purchasing Department, between the hours of 9:30AM thru 3:00PM, at (609)525-9358 or e-mail at purchasing@ocnj.us to schedule inspection. Should you win the bid on the vehicle and cannot register it in your state, the City of Ocean City accepts no liability. Operational condition is unknown and not guaranteed in any way. |
