This autoclave has a working diameter of 10 ft and a working length of 55 ft. Max operating pressure is 300 PSIG
at 842 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a
complete autoclave system. Other components to this system consists of a horizontal cooling tank, a vertical
9000 gallon liquid nitrogen tank, variable
frequency drive controller for the 300 HP 480VAC 60 Hz fan motor, 10 channel RES_CAP monitoring system, lift
bridge for loading the autoclave, a control
console with an updated computer, PLC controller and software package, a vacuum pump and tank, air purge
system, three ports for video monitoring, a
manual pressure, temperature and vacuum pressure controller, 48 part “J” T/C, 45 vacuum ports with isolation
valves and a four bay electrical control cabinet.
The autoclave shell is estimated to weigh between 200K – 250K lbs and the door between 25K – 30K lbs.
The recirculating cooling tank does have some rusted holes in the floor of the steal tank. The inside of the tank is
painted with a white potable paint. There is a
cooling tower on top of the tank and the tank has three electric powered heaters. All original manuals and
updated drawings will be included.
Removal of all purchased components of the autoclave system must be completed within 90 days, of the bid
awarded day, or rent of $1,500.00 per day will be
