PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at target="_top">tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
The buyer will be responsible for all preparation, dismantling, securing, packing, removal, and transportation of bid items in compliance with all applicable state and local regulations. No Assistance will be provided by AWLS.
The bidder will be required to sign a Bill of Sale at the time of removal.
Buyer shall contact the Owner 24 hours in advance to arrange removal of bid items. Buyer may be required to provide a copy of liability insurance to AWLS prior to entering the property to remove any item. Buyer may be required to sign a liability waiver before performing any work on AWLS property.

All items must be removed and the site cleared of any debris within 10 work days of the close of bids.

Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and other holidays or non-work days as listed on the District calendar. The seller will not be held responsible for the following: any damage to any items (not caused by Owner) for the duration that auction items remain on Owners property prior to removal; any damage to any items during removal; any personal injury that occurs during, or as a result of the removal process; damage to its property that occurs during the removal; any labor assistance with removal; signing any document for shipping; recommending any shippers or contractors; any shipping, packaging, delivery, fees, taxes or any other charges; supplying or preparing any additional asset information or documentation.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
