For sale is 7 wooden two-shelf bookcases that appear to be in good condition. The shelves show no sign of bowing or serious damage, and have only minor scratches and marks from regular use. Approximate measurements are 52" Width (x) 10" Depth (x) 34.5" Height. All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation(Item pick up at bay 24). We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. APPOINTMENTS FOR REMVOAL OF ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITH AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO ALL ASSET PICKUPS AND INSPECTIONS. We require 24-hour notice prior to all asset pickups and inspections. Items may be picked up during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at our location. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see below for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

 Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
