For auction is a used 2012 Chevrolet Malibu SEDAN 4-DR, 2.4L L4 DOHC 16V FFV.

This vehicle is in poor condition. There has been severe damage to the driver's side of the car. Neither of the doors on that side can be opened, the hubcap has fallen off the front tire on that side, the airbags in the ceiling were deployed. There is residue from OSU decals on both sides, and the passenger's side mirror is cracked. The interior is also in poor condition. The front seats, console, and steering column were largely unaffected, but the rear seat on the driver's side is damaged. The entire side door is caved inwards. The upholstery is generally dirty.

There is a key stuck in the ignition that could not be removed. When the key was turned, the engine and battery would not turn on, so it is unknown what condition they are in and if the vehicle will run at all. Because the battery would not turn on, the internal electronics such as the headlights, air conditioning, radio, etc. could not be tested. The mileage of the vehicle is listed in the maintenance reports as 81,328, but this could not be verified as the dashboard would not display the number. The last maintenance report lists the battery as in need of replacement.

The title will be mailed to the winning bidder after the vehicle is paid and signed for.

All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc.

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see below for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
