For auction is a library cart filled with books from various sources. These are all preowned but appear to be in relatively good condition. The books range from like-new quality and printed out binders with protected pages, to a handful of severely worn pieces that may require significant care. These books cover a variety of topics including musical theory and history, basic texts on a number of medical fields like pharmacology, epidemiology, and basic first aid, a large number of thesaureses, dictionaries, and guides to a number of writing styles, and a wide range of foreign language books covering a number of topics.

Please note that these foreign languages could be roughly identified by OSU Surplus, but resources to identify topics or individual titles could not be dedicated at this time. Languages represented in this lot include Indonesian, Polish, Dutch, and a number of languages using the cyrillic alphabet.

All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc.

APPOINTMENTS FOR REMVOAL OF ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITH AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO ALL ASSET PICKUPS AND INSPECTIONS.

We require 24-hour notice prior to all asset pickups and inspections. Items may be picked up during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at our location. No GovDeals pickups will be allowed on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please email surplus@osu.edu to schedule an appointment for inspection. Thank you!
Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

All pick ups will be scheduled within 24 hours. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Ohio State University/Columbus, OH makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
