Auto-bid

As a bidder, you don't have to constantly watch auctions and worry about being outbid! All GovDeals Internet Auctions feature an auto-bid. In the bid box on the auction view page, enter the HIGHEST dollar amount that you are willing to pay, and the GovDeals bidding system will bid on your behalf by placing a bid at the current LOWEST minimum bid. If another bidder outbids your LOWEST minimum bid, the system will automatically place another bid, once again making you the current high bidder, until your "top dollar" number is reached. The auto-bidding system will continue to place the LOWEST minimum bids on your behalf until you are the winner of the auction or another bidder bids higher than your auto-bid. Auto-bids are completely private and are never displayed to other bidders. In the event of a reserve price auction, your auto-bid will immediately bid up to the amount of the reserve OR to the max amount of your auto-bid if the reserve price is in excess of your auto-bid.

Bid Extension

If a bid is placed during the final 3 minutes of an auction, the auction's current end time will automatically extend for additional 3 minutes. This will continue until no bids are placed during the last three minutes.

Since most bidding occurs during the final minutes of an auction, this allows all bidders a sufficient amount of time to continue bidding.

Probation Level 1 Bidding

This Seller has instituted a Bidder Probation Restriction on this auction. To have this restriction removed, a $1,000 refundable deposit in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Money Order must be mailed to GovDeals, Inc., 100 Capitol Commerce Boulevard, Suite 110, Montgomery, AL 36117. Once 60 days have passed GovDeals will return this bid deposit.

You are bidding on a 2018 Takeuchi TB290 Mini-Excavator with a steel wrist and attachments.

This excavator is in GREAT condition and is currently in service and hours will increase as its being used. There are no KNOWN mechanical issues. There is minor damage to the back right side of excavator (see pictures). There is minor wear/tear to the seats, no cracks on the interior plastic (see pictures of interior). All gauges, A/C, heat, radio, etc. work as they should.

The excavator is equipped with a steel wrist with new cylinders! (See pics)

The following attachments are also included with this excavator.

1) 2017 Bobcat Flail Mower (has damage needs new housing, bearings, etc.)

2) Forks

3) Bush Master Brush Cutter (has hydraulic leak)

4) Asphalt Cutter

This vehicle is sold AS IS and buyer is responsible for pick up. Appointments for viewing a vehicle can be made during the hours of Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (Excluding holidays).

The buyer also must make an appointment 24 hours in advance prior to pick up. Pick up of vehicles is Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (Excluding holidays).

Removal: If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal or to authorize a third-party to pick up the item. Franklin Co. Highway Department is open between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.-Monday through Thursday. Pick up of keys and removal must be done during these hours. There will be no after hours removals, nor is the Franklin Co. Highway Dept. available for removal during weekends. Please allow sufficient time during pickup for the processing of the payment, and the title and/or “Bill of Sale” processing as payments are done at another location (the Franklin Co. Commission Office) other than where your item is located. The Franklin Co. Commission hours are 8:00 A.M.to 5:00 P.M. Bidders are to remove their property within five (5) business days after the issuance of the Buyers Certificate of Award, or a $20.00 daily storage fee will be incurred. Repairs will not be allowed to vehicles on Franklin Co. Highway Department property. Successful bidder shall be responsible to arrange for the wrecker, roll-back wrecker, trailer, crane, etc., necessary to remove a vehicle from Franklin Co. Highway Department property. The Highway Department will not offer any assistance for the removal of vehicles from Franklin Co.
