PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

RemovalRemoval

Shipping is not offered as part of this sale. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick- up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.


Removal is by appointment only. To request pickup, please book an appointment. Appointments may be cancelled on short notice due to limited personnel availability.
All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless other arrangements are made.


Bidders who fail to adhere to the terms of the auction be defaulted without warning. Defaulted auctions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the asset(s).


At the time of pick-up / removal, you or your agent may be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and valid state issued identification card or driver's license, passport, or other legal form of photo identification. If an agent will be used, please complete an Authorization of Release form. Items may not be released without meeting these guidelines.

NOTE: Although shipping is NOT available, the RI AREC Foundation (www.riarec.org), a local nonprofit, is willing to act as an agent, pickup items and deliver them to the UPS Store in Warwick where you must have made prior arrangements for packing and shipping your items in exchange for a reasonable donation. Other arrangements can be made as well. For more information contact cq@nb1ri.net and use the subject GovDeals Pickup Agent Inquiry.


It is YOUR responsibility to make timely arrangements to remove items. If you have difficulty reaching the nonprofit to make arrangements the seller can provide your contact info to the non-profit at your request.


NOTICE:When making your removal arrangements, please note that the US Postal Service no longer allows more than 2 Lithium batteries installed in equipment per mailpiece by priority mail (see Postal Explorer Pub 52, Appendix C, Instruction 9D, UN3481). UPS has the same restriction. The only flat-rate option available for large numbers of devices with batteries is FedEx One Rate. Otherwise, shipments must be made by ground transportation, which is available from many shipping services, but not at flat-rate pricing.

The five (5) business day time-frame for posting payment will be strictly enforced. No exceptions.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
