1997 Scotty Custom Fire Safety Trailer (Name Plate: 15'x5' - Serro Travel Trailer - see picture below). GVWR 10,000. Model: SA-32PC. Exterior is white, no cracked glass, minor scratches and dings, tire condition is fair. Interior is blue/grey. Note: this was used as a kids fire safety trailer so head clearance in half of the trailer is for small kids. Please see pictures for further description. **Since this is a custom item, on-site inspection is highly encouraged**.

A: I am not sure if there is any water damage. I have looked around and it seems to be dry in the inside. The trailer seems to be in good condition but, I would highly recommend a site visit to verify the condition. (1/28/20 4:17 PM)

A: We aren't sure if the heat & A/C work but, it does have a roof mounted A/C and it looks like it has heat as well, there is no generator and I didn’t see any plumbing for a bathroom only the sink in the kitchen area. There is a black tank mounted under front of the trailer. (1/30/20 8:48 AM)
Q: Good morning. Where there any propane gas tanks installed for the stove. Any idea how old are those tires. Do the brakes work? Thank you. (1/30/20 9:56 AM)
A: There are no propane tanks, the stove has never been used and doesn’t appear to be connected. The wiring for the trailer brakes is connected and all parts appear to be there, so I would assume that they operate as intended. We have no record of the tires ever being replaced and they look like they are the original tires (date code on tires is same as year model) even though tread is good and very little sign of cracking they are pretty old.
