For auction is a used 1971 Ford 4000 tractor with 3.3L, 3-cyl gasoline engine rated at approximately 57 h.p.
Original instrument cluster stopped working and external hourmeter was installed (see attached pictures). Total time is in excess of 2,879 hours and realistically is closer to 3,000 hrs. This tractor has been parked without use for approximately 3 years with a problem with rear differential oil entering the crankcase. The battery has sulfated and tractor does not turn over, so will need to be winched or pushed onto a trailer. At the time it was parked, overall age, the rear seal issue, and a broken exhaust pipe were the only known major issues with the tractor.
Please note: This vehicle is located on the OSU Wooster campus which is a satellite campus not in Columbus, OH.
All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc.
We require 24-hour notice prior to all asset pickups and inspections. Items may be picked up during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at our location. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
