A Roediger sludge belt press for auction. The overall condition can be seen in the photos. It is said that this piece of equipment has not been ran for AT LEAST 12 years. During that timeframe, the piece of machinery has been exposed to the elements. The accessories that surround the equipment is included with it. The winning bidder must come prepared as this is a large item and will require machinery just to move it. A vehicle was parked next to the belt press just to convey how large it is (as seen in the photos). Please take note of how close the piece of machinery is to the adjacent tower right next to it. It must be understood that absolutely no assistance or equipment will be provided to move and/or load the belt press. Please schedule an appointment to view the belt press before bidding as this is a large piece of equipment; appointments can be scheduled via instructions down below. It is also advised that an appointment is scheduled to not only view the equipment, but to also view the property as navigating it will be a challenge in of itself. As the auction time progresses, more photos and questions will be posted to the auction page. Please consider all of the information carefully before placing a bid. Please also consider that no assistance will be provided with the removing of the auction item. Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, No WARRANTY. Bid at your own risk, not all defects can be detected though the photos. If any faults are detected during the loading process to remove the auction item, it is still the winning bidder's property. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
