For parts only. Does not run. 1986 Chevrolet D30 REGULAR CAB PICKUP 2-DR, 6.2L V8 OHV. Engine block has a hole in it due to a thrown rod. Removed from service in 2018. Transmission worked as it should when the vehicle was parked, but current condition is unknown. No cracked glass. Passenger door has a large dent. Tailgate hinge is rusted off. Tailgate is in bed. Frame is rusty. Bench seat is in very poor condition. Dash is cracked and is in poor condition. Floor pan is rusty. No AC. Power steering. Two tires are good and 2 are slick.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. For additional information, please see contact below for any questions. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
