Kawasaki 2WD Mule 3000 with a hard top and a heater. Full service and new fuel pump in late 2021. Very hard to start and it will run, but has some issue with the carburetor. Mechanic said there was a problem with the linkage causing it to either idle too high or too low. Sitting since early 2022. We were able to get it started with starting fluid and driving (see video) last week before posting.
