A: The Camper doesn't have any known leaks, after the rain last night there was no leaks found this morning. The trailer will come with a Bill of Sale. Damages are listed in the pictures, only damage that was found was the rear end sides and the bathroom door. (2/1/23 2:10 PM)

Q: Does it have a clear title? What condition is the tires? (2/4/23 11:10 AM)
A: The trailer will come with a Bill of Sale from Scotts Hill Police Department. You should be able to take the Bill of Sale to your County Clerks Office, to obtain the title to the trailer with the Bill of Sale that we issue. I would say the tires are in fair condition. I haven't checked the PSI in every tire. I can take closer pictures of the tires, if you would like. It does come with 1 spare tire on the back of the trailer. (2/4/23 11:34 AM)

A: I will do my best to take pictures of the roof today, and upload them as well. I will also check for any puddles on the roof. It will be early next week, if I cant get to it because of time. (2/10/23 11:01 AM)

A: That is currently unknown, I haven't tested the slide out with a battery. (2/14/23 12:27 PM)
