-1985 Miller Office Trailer -54 feet long by 12 feet wide -Trailer is in good condition, recently taken out of service to make room for school expansion. -Trailer has 4 separate rooms and 1 small bathroom, the floors are carpeted and there are no broken window glass. -Trailer has no known leaks. All electrical outlets worked fine with no issues before the power supply was disconnected. Air conditioning is in need of repairs. -Tires are in fair condition and hold air. -Weight of trailer is 11,500 pounds

A: There are 4 tires on trailer , 2 each side, the tire size of the 4 tires are 7-14.5 MH (8/10/20 6:15 AM)

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
