This auction is for a lot of twenty (20) used ETC Source Four PAR EA Light Fixtures with extra spot, narrow, and wide lens as provided below and in the pictures. The lights were in working condition when removed.
Under no circumstances will the City assume responsibility or provide assistance in packing, loading, or shipping. This item is being sold in an "AS IS" condition

If you are claiming Tax Exempt Status, you must contact the Seller BEFORE YOU PAY online through GovDeals. Once the Seller confirms you are tax exempt, they can adjust the Buyer’s/Seller’s Certificate and Bill of Sale to reflect the amount owed, less sales tax.
If you do not contact the Seller before paying online to GovDeals, you will be required to pay Seller any and all taxes. Buyer will then be required to contact their State to be reimbursed for any sales tax paid to Seller.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The City can furnish no loading or delivery service of any kind. Bidder shall assume responsibility for pickup, packaging, shipping, transportation, crating, loading or hauling, and shall perform all work necessary to remove the property from its location as indicated on the Buyers Certificate.
The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays.
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes imposed.
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE REVIEW THE SELLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. * American Express is not available for buyers on probation. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy of Buyer's Certificate to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
The City of Clermont does not ship. If shipping is required, the City of Clermont suggests to contact the local UPS Store #3961 at 352-243-4750, attn: Mike Donato or by email: email@example.com to arrange for packaging and shipment.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Clermont assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.
