Make: Rolls Royce Shaft Horsepower: 420 shp Model: 250-C20J Engine Serial Number: CAE-836236 Total Time: 13,433 hours Cycles Since New: 9,283 Logbook Inventory and Comments: The client advises that all engine logbooks are current and in the possession of their maintenance staff. The engine installed in the subject helicopter is not the original engine

Airframe Total Time Detail of Calculation: The Hobbs meter installed in the aircraft reflects a time of 2,903.3 hours, but the component status report indicates aircraft total time of 11,408. The client assures the appraiser that the component status report reflects the current airframe total time. Airframe Condition: Good Comments on Visual Examination: The helicopter is very clean and appears to be well maintained. No visible fuel or engine oil leaks were observed. There were no dents or dings observed on the aircraft. No corrosion of the exterior surfaces was noted during the examination of the aircraft. All doors appeared to fit properly.
