Removal
Vehicles must be picked up within FIVE (5) working days following the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Auction lot items can be picked up by appointment only on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A pickup appointment must be scheduled with Auction Staff at least one day prior to pickup. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION FACILITY AT PURCHASERS SOLE COST AND RISK . AT NO TIME WILL AUCTION STAFF OR EQUIPMENT BE EXPECTED TO ASSIST IN LOADING, STARTING OR MOVING ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION SITE. PURCHASER WILL ACCEPT ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES FOR DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHILE REMOVING ITEMS PURCHASED.
