The trailer is double wide but is collapsible so that one side slides into the other side (the side with the hitch and wheels).

To fold the trailer you need to remove three inner walls and a beam (I included pictures of one of the inner walls and the brown wood beam).

You also need to remove some of the roofing shingles.

Buyer is responsible for removal.

Questions and AnswersQuestions and Answers
Q: what kind of title is on this vehicle... are all the fees paid? what year is it? manufacturer? broken glass? does it have appliances? water damages? roof good? any leaks? more pictures would be helpful.... how long can it stay where it is? lot fees are? (1/28/12 1:23 PM)
A: There is no title since it was donated to the city, and has been used for city business. I believe the year is either 1977 or 1978,not sure of the manufacturer but will check, there is no broken glass, there are no appliances as it was used as an office at the city zoo. To my knowledge there are no leaks and no water damage. I will request more pictures if possible. Pick-up for this unit will be 10 days after purchase, and there are no lot fees. (1/29/12 1:36 PM)

Q: What are overall dimensions when collapsed into single wide for towing? (3/10/12 1:22 AM)
A: please refer to the info. (5/2/12 5:25 PM)

Q: Can you send me some more pictures, from inside, all along the seam, the different rooms, the walls that have to come down, and a better picture of the beam. How about the tires on the other side? Are they buried too deep. Can I come see the trailer, perhaps Wed morning? Who will sign the bill of sale? Thank you and if I don't win, I wish you good luck. Cyndi451 of (5/1/12 3:33 AM)
A: I don't have any more pictures but you are more than welcome to come down and look at the trailer.I don't have anything scheduled for Wednesday so just let me know what time. (5/1/12 10:32 AM)
