Equipment starts and runs;
Equipment has been sitting for awhile, battery might be weak and need to be jumped off;
Transmission needs repaired. There is an internal knock after warm up when changing directions;
Exterior is yellow;
Paint is chipping and peeling in places;
City equipment has been removed, all impressions and holes remain;
Rear tires have low pressure and will need to be aired up;
Interior is grey cloth;
There is a tear in the seat and cuts in the floor mat;
Interior is dirty and will need to be cleaned;

If the bidder is not the one picking up the items, the City will require the following before the items can be released:
Copy of the Buyer's Certificate
Copy of the Buyer's Driver License
Copy of signed Bill of Sale (provided to Buyer via email once confirmation of payment is received)
Email or written notice of who will be picking up items on the Buyer's behalf.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description.
