2007 Ford E350 14 +1 passenger Glaval Transportation Bus with a wheelchair lift. It has a 5.4 V8 with 109,302 miles on it. The engine and transmission run strong. The body has some rust. The lift still works, but the floor area where the lift is mounted is rotting, which is why we took it out of service. Regular maintenance and repairs. New alternator and belt tensioner 2019 New front shocks in 2020 New lower battery and leads in 2021 * this asset is reposted again because people keep outbidding true bidders and withdrawing their bids when they win.

Q: can you expand on the safety issue with the wheelchair lift? is it still operable or can it be reasonably fixed? thanks (4/25/22 2:37 PM) A: I have added 3 more photos that show the lift and the underside of the bus where the lift is located. The lift itself works well. The issue is the platform that the lift is mounted to has started to rot and is very soft. I do not know if the repair is reasonable or not. Q: Width and length? wheelbase length? do you have floorplan? Does this fit in a normal parking spot? (6/18/22 3:06 PM) A: The over width and length is 8ft x 19.4 ft The wheelbase is 13ft Hight is 9ft I do not have the floor plans, but there is an aisle down the center with seats on either side and room in the rear of the bus for 2 wheelchairs. Q: Hi, I know you kinda answered this already but would like additional clarification if possible. Are there other severe rust areas like in the pictures of the wheelchair lift inside? My other question is in the undercarriage has anyone looked for sever rust (holes and metal splintering) on the frame? Thank you (6/30/22 10:10 PM) A: No, the wheel chair area is the only one that we are aware of. The main reason the wheel chair area is some bad is due to having a door in that area and salt and water getting behind the door gaskets along with using it during the winter and bringing snow in. Also the floor is plywood which doesn't last forever. But that is how these buses are constructed, plywood on metal framing. As for the vehicle frame itself, it is still very solid.
