2001 MCI Transit Bus TRANSIT BUS. #1053 MCI-D4500 Diesel Bus. Vehicle equipped with the Detroit Diesel Series 60 engine, and Allison B500 Series Automatic transmission, Non-Value Tires holding air. Coach was running when parked One MCI coach. Coach sold as is and where is. Coach should be towed from property (FLATBED RECOMMENDED). Buyer is responsible for all costs, labor and equipment to tow. Coach has good title. Buyer must comply with applicable provisions of Federal, State or Local requirements. When new, GVWR is 40,600 pounds each. All coaches are as complete as possible however some components may be removed or missing. Pictures provided are indicative of the type and various condition of the coaches and may not be the actual coaches. Q: If the winning bidder had a mobile tire person come in and fix the valve stems could this bus be driven off the lot?

Q: Can you provide pictures of the underbody, rear drive and tag axle to show how severe the rust is? Original engine/transmission? No rebuilds? (10/12/21 6:45 AM) A: additional underbody pictures are unavailable, how ever you can schedule a in person inspection of the vehicle prior to auction the close of the auction ,also unable to determine if the original engine and transmission have been changed, or rebuilt, as the records are unavailable for this asset. Q: Can you provide pictures of the rear and tag axles? Would it be possible to show the underside of the body as well? Has there been any recent oil analysis done? Thank you. Property may be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

TITLE INFO REQUIRED: Winning bidder shall provide the seller with the name and address to be listed on the back of the title for the vehicle purchased, the seller (GCRTA) will complete and notarize the title, and advise the buyer when the title, and paperwork, are available, and schedule a mutual pick-up date, and time. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. |
