All items must be removed on Pick Up: Wednesday December 11th, Thursday,12th, Friday 13th, between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm EST. NO EXCEPTIONS ABSOLUTELY NO LOADING ASSISTANCE, COME PREPARED. These items are stored at a remote location. There are no loading ramps, forklift or loading assistance available at this location. Buyers are responsible for ALL removal related requirements and should be prepared accordingly The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item NOT removed within the designated pickup days allowed..
Items are located in the fenced lot at the rear of 4252 Groves Rd... Signs will be posted. If the buyer fails to meet the deadline to remove purchased item, the City may move the item to another location and the buyer will be responsible for the costs to dismantle, transport and store the item. In such an event, the City will not be responsible for any item damaged by such removal. If the bidder has not picked up their item within 30 days after the sale date, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to the City of Columbus. Thereafter, the City may dispose of the item as the City deems reasonable and retain any proceeds there from. A daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the specific removal dates stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
