Tax exempt bidders MUST have tax exempt certificate with them at time of payment or we have an UPDATED certificate on file. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Columbia County Board of Commissioners Office (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Consideration of Bid. Columbia County Board of Commissioners Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed. Columbia County employees may not bid on items.

Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. CERTIFIED CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDERS ONLY No personal checks will be accepted.

Cashier's Checks and Money Orders shall be made payable to: Columbia County Board of Commissioners.

Removal. All items must be removed BY APPOINTMENT within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer is solely responsible for shipping or removal of vehicle or equipment. Vehicle Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment at the Procurement Department. The property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
