Q: would the buyer be allowed to cut the beams off at the ground level leaving the concrete undisturbed? (6/24/12 5:10 PM) A: Yes, the steel beams may be cut off flush with the concrete and the concrete left in the ground. (6/25/12 9:40 AM) |
