ENGINE: 3100 SFI Gasoline. Starts with a boost and runs. TRANSMISSION: Automatic-condition unknown. INTERIOR: Beige cloth. Cigarette holes in seats, and floor. Has A/C but unknown condition. Has tilt steering, cruise and remote mirrors. POWER: Windows, Door locks, Steering. RADIO: Factory am/fm cd. EXTERIOR: White. dents, scratches, and dings. Scuff and driver side been covered, rear driver side taillight broken, dent on passenger side bumper, paint chipping on trunk. TIRES: condition unknown. Has been sitting since 07/04/2011.

Payment

Payment. Payment in full must be made not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency; Certified Cashiers Check; Money Order; and Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). State/Local Sales and/or Use Tax. Tennessee resident buyers will be subject to payment of State and/or local sales and/or use tax unless resale certificate or sales tax number is presented at time of payment.

Checks shall be made payable to: City of Johnson City. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal

Removal. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of successful bid notification. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Johnson City, Tennessee assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Q: in the pics looked like big gap in area between hood and fender and looking at pic from back looked like big gap in the trunk lid lights to tail lights. was the hood and trunk unlatched when these pics was took. and could you post more pics (6/19/12 1:32 PM)
