The BUYER shall coordinate removal dates with the County's representative and sign a release and indemnification agreement prior to any work beginning. The BUYER will also adhear to all removal instructions listed below.

Inspection

Inspection is by appointment only and only during normal business hours. Please contact Tammy Adams via e-mail at: watauga.finance@watgov.org to schedule an inspection.

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order made payable to: Watauga County. Payments being mailed are to be sent to: 814 West King St., Room 216, Boone NC 28607.

Removal

REMOVAL OF LIGHT FIXTURES TO BE COMPLETED BY 90 DAYS AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION. The BUYER is responsible for removal of all loose debris created by removal of these items. The BUYER is responsible for providing any equipment and personnel for removal of these items. The BUYER must schedule all removal times and dates with Watauga County before proceeding with removal. Removal must be during normal business hours.
