Softball Field MUSCO Sports Lighting
MUSCO sports lighting system that serves a 260’ field including (26) light fixtures and (4) steel poles. Concrete stem foundations are not included. This system was installed in 1998 and was in very good condition when last used in 2010. The equipment is 480/277 3 ph.

NOTE: The buyer is responsible for dismantling, loading, and transporting these items at his or her cost. The BUYER shall coordinate removal dates with the County's representative and sign a release and indemnification agreement prior to any work beginning. The BUYER will also adhear to all removal instructions listed below.

ALL ITEM(S) ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. WATAUGA COUNTY MAKES NO GUARANTEE AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY POSTED ITEM(S).

Inspection

Inspection is by appointment only and only during normal business hours. Please contact Tammy Adams via e-mail at: watauga.finance@watgov.org to schedule an inspection.

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order made payable to: Watauga County. Payments being mailed are to be sent to: 814 West King St., Room 216, Boone NC 28607.

Removal

REMOVAL OF LIGHT FIXTURES TO BE COMPLETED BY 90 DAYS AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION. The BUYER is responsible for removal of all loose debris created by removal of these items. The BUYER is responsible for providing any equipment and personnel for removal of these items. The BUYER must schedule all removal times and dates with Watauga County before proceeding with removal. Removal must be during normal business hours.

*PLEASE NOTE TERMS FOR PAYMENT AND PICK-UP OF ITEMS, AS WATAUGA COUNTY WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THESE TERMS.

Any item not paid for or removed as specified in these instructions will result in the item being re-listed and the buyer reported as a non-paying bidder.

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".

Watauga County has the right to reject any and all bids or to withdraw this auction without prior notification.
