Auction is for 77 (seventy-seven) full rows and 3 (three) partial rows of aluminum bleachers. The rows measure roughly 15ft in length and are bolted to cement. This auction only for the bleachers and any hardware used to bolt them to the concrete. Other items pictured such as concrete or handrails are NOT included in this auction. *NOTE: Please read special removal instructions below.
ITEM(S) ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. WATAUGA COUNTY MAKES NO GUARANTEE AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY POSTED ITEM(S).
REMOVAL: The BUYER is responsible for removal of all loose debris, and will be required to remove or make even with the surface, any protruding metal objects such as bolts, brackets, rebar, etc. The BUYER is responsible for obtaining any permits required for removal and transport of bleachers. The BUYER will be required to sign a liability waiver before removal of this building can take place. The BUYER must schedule all removal times and dates with Watauga County before proceeding with removal. ITEM(S) ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. WATAUGA COUNTY MAKES NO GUARANTEE AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY POSTED ITEM(S).

Inspection

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order made payable to: Watauga County. Payments being mailed are to be sent to: 814 West King St., Room 216, Boone NC 28607.

Removal

REMOVAL OF THE BLEACHERS MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN JULY 20TH. The BUYER is responsible for removal of all loose debris, and will be required to remove or make even with the surface, any protruding metal objects such as bolts, brackets, rebar, etc. The BUYER is responsible for obtaining any permits required for removal and transport of bleachers. The BUYER must schedule all removal times and dates with Watauga County before proceeding with removal. Removal must be during normal business hours. Watauga County cannot provide assistance with any aspects of removal, including packing or loading. Come prepared with the proper personnel and equipment for removal.

*PLEASE NOTE TERMS FOR PAYMENT AND PICK-UP OF ITEMS, AS WATAUGA COUNTY WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THESE TERMS.

Any item not paid for or removed as specified in these instructions will result in the item being re-listed and the buyer reported as a non-paying bidder.

Watauga County has the right to reject any and all bids or to withdraw this auction without prior notification.
