Fax Machine

Fax machine has speed dial option, copy option, and can print a report whenever a fax is sent.

Fax machine is approximately 6 years old. Toner for this machine is not included. Approximate cost for the toner cartridge is $43. Bidders should verify this amount for themselves, however.

Bidders are encouraged to inspect the fax machine prior to making bids. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

Payment can be made by cash (EXACT AMOUNT), money order, or cashier's check ONLY. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

*****SPECIAL NOTE***** FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR PAYMENT TERMS (WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF TIME AND DATE ON BUYER’S CERTIFICATE) OR REMOVAL TERMS (WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF TIME AND DATE ON BUYER’S CERTIFICATE) WILL RESULT IN DEFAULT. THE BUYER WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS.

INSPECTION: Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspections are by appointment only and can be scheduled by contacting the person listed above.

PAYMENT: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are US Currency (exact amount only, no change will be available), Certified Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Government Check (NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED). A Certified Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Government Check shall be payable to City of Murfreesboro. The Buyer's Certificate must be presented with payment.

PAYMENTS shall be made at the ASSET LOCATION listed in the Buyer's Certificate. The BUYER'S CERTIFICATE must be presented with payment.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property.

Property may be removed Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please confirm the pickup times available with the contact person listed above. You should call in advance to schedule your pickup time.
