If payment in full has not been received in the allotted 5 business days the items will be placed back up for auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Credit Cards, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: Albertville Utilities Board. Payment to be made at 210 W Main St Albertville, AL 35950-1628. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If the items have not been picked up within the 10 business days allotted there will be a Twenty-five dollar ($25.00) per additional day storage fee due at time of pickup. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Albertville Municipal Utilities Board will not, and is not responsible for palletizing and shipping of any property purchased. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
