Q: WHATS UP WITH TRAILER SEIZED THIS IS A DUMP BED? AND THERE IS NO PHOTO #4 ON THE OTHER BED BE FOR THIS ONE HAS CYL AND PUMP BUT NOT THIS ONE DOES THIS HAVE THE SAME EQUIPMENT THAT GOES WITH IT?
