Removal

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance on the Buyer’s Certificate. ***The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.*** Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc. necessary to transport the vehicle. Under no circumstances will the City of Clarksville Gas and Water department assume any responsibility for packing loading and shipping.Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. AND 3:00 P.M.(CST). A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
