Q: IM FROM MISSOURI AND I WAS WONDERING WOULD I NEED TO GET A TEXAS TITLE WHILE I WAS THERE PICKING UP THE TRAILER? OR HOW WOULD IN GO ABOUT GETTING A TITLE. ALSO HOW ARE THE TIRES?
